Especially when a company is representing Human Resource people with no such aim to help employees. If the review goes for this, that can be the genuine one.

Ultimately the companies are always looking forward to making their organization build better with the good employees. Employees should not forget the years they have spent with the company. The career they got with the company. That first chance of representing themselves and those opportunities to meet up. Those success points, that were almost not expected by them.
